Personal training and nutrition can be different things to different people. It depends on the personality and background of each prospective client and what they expect from their trainer. I pride myself on my ability to deliver customized results and tailor my technique and mentality accordingly.
Some of the programs listed above are for athletes, please do not be intimidated if you don’t know what they mean. I specialize in lean body mass however I can help general weight loss clients reach extraordinary results using the same formula and training.
Dieting can be confusing, frustrating and at times just plain cruel. It does not help that everyday you see an advertisement for a brand new formula or magic program and even though it might not appear to be an advertisement, trust me it is. Short term or long term losing weight, maintaining weight or even gaining weight comes down to your diet. There is no escaping it so don’t be fooled. Your weight will always depend on your calories.
The only magic with body composition is a calorie level based on your body weight or goal weight. Age and gender can play a small role but it comes down to your maintenance calorie level. If you want to maintain weight, you adjust your diet to a maintenance level. If you want to lose weight you adjust to a deficit and if you want to gain weight you adjust to a surplus of calories and that is the magic formula. This is where a good coach can help track and adjust these formulas based your goals or activity and help you reach your potential with a solid training program, its called Management. This is what I do.
My program will allow you to learn these techniques over a 12 week period and you can use them for the rest of your life based on your goals. I will teach you how to eat well, train correctly, spend less money on gimmicks and most important, more time with your family, friends and food.
